I wanted to capture the sadness and loneliness of beauty. In so many ways, beauty gets all the attention, but in many ways, it's all alone.
Many ideas came to me in putting her in an environment but at the end I just wanted to focus on her and figured that if I added more things to the background, it would lose her in all the mess. I had a lot of fun doing everything. Designing the skirt was the hardest part but I like it however.
